Billy Harris was the brother of William Harris. Billy served in the us airforce and was one of the best pilots. He led the attack on the ziggurat Xianfar, and was the one to launch the nuke to it. When Xianfar fell, Billy farewelled his brother bravely, but the communications were cut off and Billy didn't hear William's last words. A while later, William finds a video showing the planes exploding when the blast hit them, confirming Billy's death. William is overwhelmed at his brother's death.
